I just received a call from 303-219-3009. The woman was of India descent and demanded I call this number....hmm it was the same number she was calling from. I called the number and IRS Agent Mike Hawkins with the Criminal Investigations unit answered the phone. He advised me that I was being investigated from criminal activities. I am a Marine and a business owner, what the heck could I have done? I asked if he was really with the IRS and he started screaming at me "woman you don't speak to me like that! Woman! and hung up on me. He was also of India descent.
Wish I knew where they are
A client received this call. Sounds like a telemarketing office in the background. Claims to be with the IRS and demands payment for back taxes or a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
