Same as above.  It is definitely Quality Construction and they will call every 15 minutes until you answer.  File a complaint if you are registered with the Do Not Call Registry!

They continue to call even after being told not to. .

I have been on the "Do Not Call Registry" since 2003 and just submitted a formal complaint

This number keeps calling my home number. Never leaves a message and hangs up when I answer. When I called the number back, it said it was out of order.
