They sound like they might be representing a collection agency. I have asked them to remove our telephone# from their database.
Called with some recording about "lowering my interest rates" and the offer "was about to expire" I pressed 9 to tell them I was on the NO CALL LIST and to take me off. As soon as I told the girl I was on the no call list, she immediately hung up on me. Really annoying!
