Just got this call, I picked up, Only listened long enough to hear recorded message state "This is the 2nd message reguarding your extended warranty on ...." I hung up. I have never had an extended warranty on my vehicles. I have got this same message from diff phone #'s before.
I received a call from this number, but I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer; I've learned not to answer calls from numbers I don't recognize because there are people out there with hardware that allows them to show an invalid Caller ID number. From the other complaints listed, this appears to be what the scammers are doing with this number. Never give your information to someone that calls you like this because they are foreigners who want to steal your credit card #s or ID. They cannot be prosecuted in the US so don't waste your time reporting them to the FTC or FCC. Never answer calls from unknown or unlisted nubmers on your cell phone. That way you don't have to pay for the call and you can't get scammed.
