We told telemarketer 6x we were not interested and asked for supervisor. She put us on hold and disconnected call. Then continued to call us back repeatedly and placed us on hold with music every time. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional, she should be fired.
I received multiple calls from this company yesterday. The woman on the other line was absolutely IRRATE when I refused to connect her with the person who handles our merchant account. She called back 20+ times with in a 10 minute period. She threatened to report me to Visa and Mastercard for not connecting the call.
Today, she has called multiple times again and hung up as soon as I answered the phone. This cannot be a legitimate company if they are treating people like this. Company name they gave was Trinity Merchant Services.
