World Financial Bank is the collection/finance company of Ann Taylor. Made a purchase from Ann Taylor of $46.75 that was paid two days late, which triggered a $25 late fee, which then caused two additional $25 charges as i complained about the 50% finance charge. Essentially purchasing $46 of clothing at Ann Taylor cost me $75 in fees. And World Financial Bank (303) 255-5045 , Ann Taylor's financial arm? was kind enough to call me early this Saturday morning to address the issue.

I am glad we have Ann Taylor's card

I am not late on ANY credit card payments.  Receive calls from this number almost daily, including Sundays, at 8:30 am.  Thought that was not allowed.

I received several calls from this number yesterday for debt collection on my Ann Taylor card. The caller backed down when I told him I had recently checked that my account balance is zero. In fact, there has been no activity and no balance on the account for the last 5 months or so.

This is World Financial for one of several credit cards. Mine is a Pottery Barn card.  They also have Ann Taylor and Lane Bryant.

I've told them to stop calling me numerous times and they keep calling.
