I live in CA and I got a text message from this CO number from someone who made it sound like he knows me. The message read, "Hey Kat, not sure if you or anyone you know still smokes. But www.123cigfree.com is giving away free e-cig trials. -Alan" I never have smoked and I don't like to be around those who do. I'm not sure where he got my personal cell # and name from, because I haven't had this # very long.
