Thank you for that information,Jae. I did look at that website and gave me enough information to see what they are calling about and more. I do NOT give to any organization OVER the phone. They keep calling, constantly. I did answer but said NOTHING, to see if it a machine or real person. It is a real person on the other end (it was a man on this call), and he said my name, so they must have my name from somewhere since the number they called I am not listed as the person having this number. I might answer now that I know more and tell them to STOP calling this number, period. I recommend if you are being bothered as much as I am, check the website out that shows above, and maybe next time they call them to stop calling. I will try to block this number.
I called Telefund at (303) 894-0456, in Denver, CO, to ask which NPO or NGO they are calling on behalf of these days. The woman I spoke to said there is a list on their website with all their current clients:

I was then told I might be getting calls on behalf of ANY of them. She couldn't say for sure which one I personally was being contact for a donation. I said, "I never give money to anyone who calls me on the phone, not ever!" (Ok, I do give my kids money, if they ask, which is almost never). Anyway, I then asked her to remove my name and phone number from their data banks and to please stop calling me on behalf of any organization. She said she would remove my name and phone number. We shall see. I'm betting the list changes depending on which client is being served. Meaning - when another client starts up their fund-raising campaign they give Telefund a list of names and numbers to call, which probably means they'll be calling again in the future for someone else. So we might need to repeat the process.
In the meantime, I recommend you call Telefund directly at whichever office you are being called from and request to not be contacted by phone.

I called the number that Jae shared and talked with a woman there explaining that I never donated to any organization when contacted by phone. I asked to be removed from their system as it was a waste of their time to call me. She took my number , and I could hear her typing it in, and said that it would take about 24 hours for the system to update but after that I should not receive any more calls from them. We'll see!
