Apparently they collect for several municipalities for tickets

Called my sister over a ticket I got in oct 08 and I paid in Nov. 08 but apparently the ticket was chicken scratched and I underpaid it by 20 cents

Integral Recoveries, Inc. has rude and ineffective staff. They also apparently have a contract with the city of Lakewood to do their collections for them. Unfortunately they have no way receiving feedback from the city, so even if you pay your bill to the city, they will still have you on their book and will keep trying to collect

received a call from this company. the computer placed me on hold immediately after i answered the call.  waited about 2 minutes then the computer said goodbye and dropped the call! wtf kind of business are they running?
