Yet another in a recent string of illegitimate research companies ... doing illegitimate surveys ... using illegitimate [ and spoofed ] phone numbers calling after hours and refusing to remove you from their list [ wherever they're buying them from ] with the additional factor on this particularly one of  having  a genuine smart ( censored ) on the other end daring to lecture you on FCC rules insisting you must answer his questions as well as it being his right to call regardless of the time or  you demanding he cease calling you . A reminder to all . FCC mandates for any and all survey's ,  political and charitable calls are ;

1) No calls before 8am or after 8pm
2) If you request to be removed from their calls lists they must comply immediately [ to not do so constitutes harassment ]
3) You are under absolutely no obligation to anyone to answer their questions or participate in their surveys
4) If all of the above criterion are not complied with ... file a formal complaint with your State Attorney General's office regardless of whether its a throw away spoofed phone number or not  [ which this one is .. via Singular .. who's seems to be making a business of selling spoofed numbers to illegitimate companies of late ]
5) And then finally report it here . There is nothing 1800notes can do to stop the calls but letting everyone know what the situation is with any given TeleSpammers  gives anyone looking in a heads up and the knowledge of how to react to the calls
