I got the same call except he acted like it was a radio station and if I answered questions right I'd win something then at the end it said it was a prank call when I called back the voicemail name sounded like Marc Fisher
Yes, this number calls me multiple times everyday and never leaves a message. It tries to get people to call back. I would not trust this number and try to block it for its annoyance.
