I have been getting these calls every 3-4 weeks for the past 6 or so months. I've never answered them, much less returned them. I know I don't owe any money to anyone, so I'm not worried. It's just really annoying. Since they don't identify me or themselves or who they are calling for, I've always assumed they are scammers. I only found who they were by doing a Google search on the call-back number they left. The number usually shows up as 720-526-3002 on my called id, but they always leave the 888-407-5650 number that leads to Westhill Exchange LLC.

They don't say who they want but state that they are from the legal dept. (but don't state what company they are with. We looked up the company online to try to identify who this was.) They just state that its regarding a breach of contract
They don't seem very reputable. If they were, why not be completely transparent? We're not sure whether to call them back or not.
It's a scam they find your bad debt usually from Credit Card Companies and have someone call you claiming to be a locator who says he has a summons and that you could be served and arrested. This is your cue that the phone call is a gag because debt is a civil matter were you to receive a summons for a criminal complaint that would come from the police not some 2 bit hack claiming to be a locator. He then will give you a reference number to call and work out an arrangement to pay your debt DON'T fall for this as you will be giving money to scam artists and your debt will still show as unpaid on your credit report. Ignore these calls these people are scam artists trying to take advantage of you
