Claimed someone was trying to hack into my computer.

they claim they are from Microsoft---they are trying to hack into your computer - BEWARE

said they were from Microsoft and that someone was trying to hack into my computer. when i said i don't use microsoft products they said I was lying.

This caller is calling us several times per week.  He has a Middle East accent.  I told him to stop calling us.  He said he won't stop calling because he is receiving "reports on us"   I repeatedly tell him to stop calling us.

Sounds as though he is threatening you by constantly calling.

Your phone company is not going to do anything for you. You should take this phone number to your local police. You can't find out who he is, but they can if you complain enough..

Even if you don't go to the police you can write the federal bureau of investigations with this complaint. We all should. There is power in numbers.
