Who called from 3033598754

OK.  Just got this cryptic text message:  "Marc, do this walkie talkie with me 1marcopolo.me/i/marc-t-js07r"  I don't recognize this number, although it is local, but since I have a business website I suspect this is some type of scam or malware link.  I don't use a smartphone.  Anyone else get something weird like this?  If so, wtf is it?
