These guys called me at work, on my personal extension (gods only know how they got that). They use social engineering to figure out who you are. I answered the phone "Thank you for calling [company name], my name is [name], how can I help you?" She said "Hi, [name], I'm looking for a [my job description] in your area. How are things going at [company name]?" and tried to offer me a job, while I was AT my current job, on my work phone.
Highly unprofessional, and possibly a phishing scam. Don't work for these guys.
