" I do show that number is not a CenturyLink Number, Also I do know that there is what is called Spoofing. This is where a telemarketer or a Scammer uses a number that is not theirs as a bypass to unknown number blocking this is more then likely what is going on in this case. I have sent this number out to our teams to be aware of. Trying to get provider name so we can issue a complaint directly with the provider. If I get it, I will let you know.
She is using a spoof number system and the number changes continually. She has been calling me for months. Same tactic if I answer with the giggle and headset adjustment. Don't answer if you don't know the number. If it's a legitimate call they will leave a message.
