I tell them the person they are trying to collect money from does not have this telephone number anymore. I have called my attorney about this Vance person in Denver, Co. I am on the verge of pressing harrasment charges.
yes get call several times a day, no one on other end,and doesnt hang up either, ties up phone for at least a minute 30 the call is coming from "credit services"

Calls as early as 5 AM. I answer, and no one is there, or after a very long pause, I get a recording to please hold. Have received multiple calls within the same hour, or spaced out over an entire day.
