Who called from 3034521124

I've gotten two calls from this number each of the past two days. No message left. I have no idea who this might be.

I received a call today from this number as well. No message left. Not sure if this is another scammer or not.

call received from person who stated he is "jess".  wanted to know who we use for collections.  advised person we do not need that service and asked him "put us on his do not call list" and "do not call us ever again"  He called back less than 1 minute later.  stated I got ahead of myself.  he stated he will call as much as he wants and will do so soon.  He was extremely rude on the second call.

Female voice asking for Dan, when I said he's not available it was no thank you and hung up.

Call rang in, immediately heard the double click of a hang up.
