I think this phone number has been spoofed.  I Googled the name on the Caller ID, and this is a real person but I don't know her, she doesn't know me, and there was no message left.  I have no clue why this person would call me so I think her phone number has been ripped off to be a decoy for some unscrupulous telemarketer or fake charity. Blocking it.
