They have called me 3 times already asking for my mothers information but wouldn't tell me who they were or what they were calling about. Told them they wouldn't get any information until they told me what they were calling about and they said they couldn't disclose that information so I hung up.
THIS COMPANY IS A COLLECTION AGENCY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND USE ABOUT 3 DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CONTACT YOU. I RECEIVED CALLS BUT NO ONE THERE SO I CALLED THEM BACK. THE GIRL ON THE PHONE LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES THEN WE WERE DISCONNECTED. NOT SURE WHO THEY ARE TRYING TO CALL BUT IT ISNT ME.
They just call my cell phone and asked me if I was the wife of my husband. HAHA. I asked who they were and they said that they could not disclose that information unless I confirm the I was my husbands wife. I told them I couldn't disclose that information without knowing who and what they wanted. They hung up
His name, <I guess I shouldn't say his real name > told me that he was with Professional Bureau Collections of Maryland (PBC). That he was trying to collect for Commenity Bank .That he could take a check or credit card by phone. For what? Where's the bill? He was really pushy and I then told him send me a bill and also, in the State of Maryland it is illegal to call a person's work to collect money and hung up on him. Send me a bill, not stupid enough to just send a check because some a*****le told me I owe. Then he says, what's your home number, what's your cell number? Seriously, if I owed this, if it was a real account, you would have all that.
