This is Berkshire Capital Partners, BCP Tax, Berkshire Tax Resolution Group, they go by all kinds of names. I went to the trouble to research all these types of companies. Names, addresses, google research, BBB research, and in some cases supreme court research. Thousands of people hire these companies every month. Individual called our offices and wanted to speak with the owner about "a federal tax matter". Did a bit of research and found out they are a company called Quantum Financial Solutions out of Colorado. Left a phone number of 888-852-7978 as a call back number, it's also registered to the same company.
Just had a real jerk call from this number, asking me for a ranch manager (on my business phone that is not connected with a ranch). I was confused what he wanted and asked some questions then told him "I don't have any association with those people" and kind of laughed. He got very rude and said "then what's so funny????" I said "Just that I have no idea what you are calling about" and he said "well, you could've said that from the beginning" and went on, but I hung up on him. What a jerk.
Individual "Steve Farley", called our office I took the message my boss said that she has already called that same company "Quantum" back and told them she was not interested. My assistant called them back to let them know that we were not interested, he became very rude and then hung up on her. She called back to speak to the manager to file a complaint and the manager is even worse! He doesn't even know how to remove our number from their calling list. I notified all my personnel not to answer the phone if we see, "303-499-9570. Very rude people and they want to help us with our "tax problems!" I don't think so, even if I had tax problems they would never be the people to call.
