no message left, called back and received to my thought the sound of a fax machine.

Lady called and ask if I was so person (said my name) then she hang up, called back and went to voice mail saying mail box was full and could not leave any message.

its a hispanic lady that called, i answered and she hung up. She called again saying she was from a census.
