New number, old scam....  I've receive a few calls from this spoofed number - (303) 513-2193 from Colorado - with the old recorded  'Rachel with credit card services' scam.   Not sure why these predators are relentless in calling in the same stupid scam over and over again from a variety of spoofed numbers.  I'm looking forward to the time the FCC (or whoever) figures out how to stop this annoying (and sometimes evil) practice.  I do block these spoofed numbers, but new messages keep coming in from new spoofed numbers.  Sort of like a spam 'whack-a-mole' game!
