I just got the exact same call from Mark T. He had my name and cell number and told me I was on a recorded line. I assumed it was collections, though he didn't actually say that.
He wanted me to give him specific personal 'verifying information' in order to continue the information. I asked who he represented and was told he needed my info first before he'd tell me who. I said I'd only give him the info if I knew who he represented. He refused, so I told him we were at an impasse and he hung up. Ugh.
