All I know is they call and ask for "the manager". Twice in 3 days the same lady, or who appears to be says "Hello is the manager available?" The first time I said I'm sorry this is a personal cell phone not a place of business, and she hung up. The second time I said "You need to stop calling me!" She hung up again. If they call a third time, I'm going to say "Why yes, this is the manager," being as I manage the conversations on my phone. Maybe I can find out something. Thing is, if you even hint at being upset that these people are calling, they drop you immediately. I work in a call center for a large television provider. We don't call out much but when we do, we must provide our name, who we're calling from, and the reason for our call within the first thirty seconds. That is a compilation of both company policy, and FCC regulations. There is obviously no quality assurance here. No one is keeping these people in check and there is no accountability they have your phone number and can call whenever they want, then just hang up on you. When I called back, there was a prompt to select one for English and when I did it said, please enter your card number followed by the pound sign. Credit card company...? Debt Collector...? No idea really.
