I just received a call from 303-555-0179, I answered and when the individual began speaking, I hung up. He called back and left a very vulgar message with lots of profanity and then rattled off my social and said "now watch what I do to you because you hung up on me". Any idea who these people are? Should I report this to the police?

They have been calling me nonstop saying that I have been preaproved for a auto loan. Then continued to ask what I preferred a used or new car. I said new then the foreigner asked what make and model I liked. I replied with a Lamborghini he then said oh mother get. So I hung up. Claimed to be from Ez auto loan.
Well I found out that this number 303-555-0179 is supposedly Qwest Corporation located in Denver, CO. Truth is they are from overseas and are using local numbers to scam people. I would like to know what can be done about this if anything can be done. Thanks.
