Female self-identified as representing a survey organization. Call came unsolicited to a cell phone on the National Do Not Call register. Listing on the register is confirmed twice a year. Filed a complaint with FCC.
Answered- said they were card holder services and needed me to call back to get my interest rate lowered. Female voice said she was "Rachel" but stuttered and never said the name of the card holding company. Pretty sure it was a scam so I hung up.
