We are a company that gets 7 calls a day from this company Advanta and we had a card but paid it off and decided to charge a finance charge on the amount we paid to pay off the card. We rufused to pay the rediculous charge now they harass us all day long, and they even get crazy! Wondering if anyone has any plans to sue these idiots? Cause if you are we would like to get in onit like a class action suit against these BA*Tards!
called looking for mr nelson, told them he is not here, guy claimed he called them from this number inthe past year. Not a surpirse this is a rehab center. We asked that they remove our number from thier records, they refuse, keep calling. Lets see if the FCC can help us. They called three times today, someone told them we did not know mr. Nelson, Ricky ozzie or harriet either?
