I just called the number back and got an english speaking recording saying the this was a travel related call and that if you wished to have your number remove press 1.
The call is jumbled and a lady speaks in Spanish. I don't know what she's saying. I've received this call twice and my number is registered with Do Not Call. I'd like to receive the $11,000 fine for them breaking the law!
