Glad I found this site to let me know the call was from a scumbag scammer

Just received. Left no message and I didn't pick up. I don't trust a call when they can't leave a message.

So the same number is selling security systems and college. Sounds like one of those prison telemarketing setups where the convicts are paid to do cold calls. Convict then has a bonus of getting your name and address and other info for later use.
