Yeah, it would be nice to 'pay up' a**hole but some of us can't afford it even if we want to pay. I work for a large company and make decent money but i'm a single mother living on my income only. Sorry but my son comes before some old debt anyday even if the debt is mine. Think before you speak dumba**!
This guy calls me from this number (303-595-4400) at 9:00 at night looking for the person that used to have this number. I told him that this was the wrong number and not to call again. He then called me back accusing me of protecting the person and told me I was lying. I hung up on him and he called back a third time and did not say anything he just waited to hear me say what do you want and he hung up. I googled the phone number and I found the cell phone number of the owner of the company. Her name is JUDY L LASPADA and her cell number is [removed]. So if you find yourself being harrassed by this company just give old Judy a call. ;)
They called me demanding to speak to my uncle. After I told them that they had the wrong number, they accused me of "hiding" him, and stated that they would keep calling me until they reached my uncle.
They've gotten into arguments with a couple of people in my home, AFTER I told them to stop calling my house. Anytime that I call them to request that they stop calling me, they'll either give me the run around or hang up on me.
I've filed formal complaints against them for harassment and have received calls from them AFTER THE COMPLAINTS
We kept getting calls from 303.595.8100 and 303.595.4400- hang ups or kept calling asking for someone who does not live here. It is:
First Revenue Assurance
P.O. Box 5818
Denver, CO 80217
We called 800.452.8139 (which is a number for them we got off the Denver Better Business Bureau site)They were shocked we had that number but agreed to take our phone number off their list since they obviously have the wrong number. To follow up on this, we filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General (Collection Agencies and Debt Collection Dept.) about what was going on. Just print a complaint form from this site

We just received a long letter from the Attorney General and a copy of this company's response to them, apologizing for the error. It worked. No more phone calls.
