I'm a security officer for a major hospital. Someone has been leaving notes on cars in our parking lot with this phone number and the name "Aian" on them. It is very suspicious and is making the nurses very nervous. Calling the number merely leads to a generic voicemail.

I sincerely apologize if I upset anyone. We replace and repair auto glass. We have a free mobile service and were asked to do a job in the parking lot at the hospital. As we were working we noticed a high percentage of windshields that were damaged. This is the only day we left notes. We have done approximately 23 jobs and counting, just in that one parking lot. Our trucks were there for a week. We only use premium glass, we work with every insurance company, and you do not pay until the job is done to your satisfaction.
Always check with and get permission from the property owner, parking lot security, or parking lot/garage administrator before placing solicitations on any vehicle or approaching any persons on that property to hit up for business.
YOU ARE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY when in or on ANY parking lot and subject to the property owners rules and regulations. This applies to "public" parking lots or garages also, as they are still owned or maintained by an organization or government entity.
You are subject to trespass and/or arrest for unlawfully placing solicitations on vehicles in any parking area without permission.
We always do get permission, but not everyone at that particular place of business was aware of this. Quite often everyone in the office will be notified that we are working in the lot. We will never ask you to step away from your work or your priorities. Once again, I sincerely apologize if I upset anyone.
