I got a call from this number today and here is the visual voice mail I got. Not sure if it is CCS or something else.
"Hi this is Kimberly B calling from CCS return my phone call appreciate it. The phone number is 1-800-866-5317 at ext. 3782"
Sounds like collection agency.
Another one of DCI (Diversified Collection Services) phone numbers. It shows up as QUEST VOIP on caller ID. I have told them more than once that the person they are looking for does not have my number as I just got this number 2 weeks ago, but they still keep calling from various numbers.
