This number belongs to IC Solutions.  They provide calling solutions to jail inmates, so you were getting a call from someone who was incarcerated.

Received 2 calls in the past 2 days. Its a prerecorded message that says I have a call from an inmate at Adams County Detention Facility. I don't know anyone in jail and I can't understand the name of the inmate so I hang up. Curious...I think it's a hoax or a wrong number.

I just got a call from there. I googled it and clicked on this. My cousin is in jail in a town called brighton. Might be her.

I received 3 calls from this number today.  They left a message that said, "You have a call from inmate ___ (some jumbled male's name.)"  I hung up because as far as I know, I don't know anyone in jail!
