I decided to fight fire with fire with these jerks.  I was home with the flu the other day and got a call from Western Health.  I told the same woman that I have talked to now about a dozen times that we are on the do not call list and that I've asked them to remove us from their list, she repeated the lie she has given me each time:  "I'm removing your number from the list right now."  I knew she was full of horse manure, so I called the number back and somehow got into their automatic computer dialing system, you could hear the computer trying to dial out, so I waited until the dialing stopped, and said "hello" and the woman who I just talked to asked to speak to "Mr. or Mrs. Anderson" I said "both of them are here, what is the nature of your call?"  She said, I would like to talk to Mr. Anderson.  I said, "Ok, go ahead, I'm Mr. Anderson."  She said, "Mr. Anderson I'm calling from Western Health and we're doing a survey regarding indoor and outdoor pollution, the survey will only take a few minutes of your time."  I said, "well, you know, we do have a lot of indoor pollution here when we get these flatulent calls from you people."
She immediately hung up.  I called the number again and again somehow got through to their computer dialing out.  Each time the dialing stopped I would say "hello, hello."  Often I would get the woman back again asking for "Mr. or Mrs......." to which I would respond - "oh, you've broken wind again have you?"  I did thisfor about an hour until I got tired of the game.  I thought this would put an end to the calls, but alas, they called again yesterday and I asked the VERY SAME WOMAN to put us on their do not call list, which she assured me she was doing.  I have reported each call to the do not call registry, and to the FCC.  I'm considering a law suit in small claims court.
