The Caller ID app identified the call as coming from Telecom Clarity landline. It was a robocall. It told me about $100 I've won, and it will be a walmart gift card. In order to receive the gift card, it told me to press 1 to get connected to a live representative. It must be a phishing scam. Beware.

I've received two calls in the past 3 days from this number. Its local to me so today I answered it- it just disconnected. Seems very likely to be a robocaller,
