Spoofed caller ID, I'm sure.  The phone call consists of several seconds of dead air, and then a click.  Just like all the other robocallers calling to tell me there's no problem with my credit card, but I need to call right away.  Or that my computer has a virus.  Or that I've won a free cruise.

The caller ID shows James Feeley.  I've gotten this caller ID three times in the last two days, and I do not know anyone by this name, so it isn't someone I've dealt with or might know.
