Who called from 3037316418

When I answered the phone, no one said anything but it also did not sound like a robo-call.

At the same time the phone was ringing, all of my dogs started barking at the front windows of the house.  As though the caller was in my front yard.

Answered and nothing...sounded like someone there...caller ID shows: Local Call Area

Called at 910 am on a Saturday. Caller ID said local area call. Left no message. IMO if no message is left; it's not important.

unwanted caller. Did not answer. Rang 3X and hung up
