Devon Shendlema is relentless in calling me ... twice just today. I REFUSE to answer the call and wish the FTC would do something about it. 303 747-5479

On Thursday, I picked up. The caller started saying something about a free
security system. I told the caller I DID NOT WANT THEIR SECURITY SYSTEM
and that I wanted my name removed from their call list immediately.
Got several calls from 303-747-5479 with name on caller i.d. as "Devon Shendlema" as previous posts state, this caller left no message--has called 4 times in the past week (10/5/12 - 10/12/12)---am putting a block on that number (must be telemarketer), pretty pesky and persistent!
Several calls recently from this number with CID coming up "Devon Shendlema". Finally answered and they were asking about my current home security system (they actually asked the brand of system I am using / company I use currently) and offering me a "free new system". I'm concerned this may have been a call only to see if my home was secured or not... i.e. "casing the joint" - should I be worried or notify authorities??
