this company claims I got a cash advance from Cash Advance USA in January 2010 I never had a Bank account at that time. They said they had a affidavit against me for a cash loan I never paid I told them I did not take a cash loan from that company and I only had one from another company in June that I am paying back which is almost paid off. They told me they had all the information and for me to check my bank records I asked for the information to be sent to me they told me I needed to have my attorney contact them. After the call I went online to discover this is a scam operation and that they are trying to get money from people. I called them three times after which the phone would ring and then would hang up and not go through they all have middle eastern Accents and they told me not to interrupt until they finished explaining when I asked questions about the loan documents they said I needed to talk to my Attorney and they would see me in court. I told them if they tried to take me to court for money deposited in My Account supposedly for January when I had no account they would be the ones paying me this is a scam operation the number they gave me to call back is 1-303-747-5712 the name of the person was Jennifer Williams.

I also received a call from this company claiming I got a cash advance from Cash Advance USA. They would not give me any information reguarding my cash advance. I asked for the callers information and they would not give me a name or any other information. They threatened to call my work and references that I had listed. I never received a loan from Cash Advance USA. When I disputed the claims they called me a liar and said I was [***] and hung up on me. I called the number that they had given me back the same man pick up the call. When I informed him again not to contact my references he screamed at me to shut up twice and then hung up on me. Later that day they contacted my sister threatening her that if I did not pay that she would be held liable for the loan. This is a scam do not give them any information and do not agree to pay anything.
