I get three+ calls a day. Say they can give you better rates on credit card processing for your business. When you ask if they want you to switch processors, they go into some big schpeel about how Visa and Mastercard require them to let you know that you qualify for lower rates. They want to send someone out to go over your rates, which means they want to talk you into switching processors, or worse, they just want your account information. When you call them on it and say, "So you DO want me to change processors" they take a defensive stance.
