Got a call from this number today (4/29/2017) at around 9 AM.  Caller ID showed up as "UNIV OF CO 303-786-6745".  I let the call roll thru to voice mail.  Whoever it was didn't leave any message.  Later in the day I tried calling the number back (using *67 to block my own CID).  I got a recorded message that the number has been disconnected.  I've added this number to my phone's Call Block List.
