Who called from 3038359705

Keeps calling, but never leaves a message.

It's some mortgage company.

My brother got a phone call from this number the night he is suspected of committed suicide...  been going through his phone trying to figure out everyone who called him... this number said not in service so thought it weird....

Git a call in my cell yet they left no message! How do these calls get through the Do Not Call List?

I wish whoever this number belongs to would stop calling.Once a day for the past two weeks.Also received calls from other states as well
