This guy calls, claims that he's a lawyer for first credit (he's a debt collector at first credit). calls at work and states that he has a signed affidavit stating he can call me there.  He doesn't, what he does have is a loan application showing I have a job.  My boss and I have told him to cease calling me at work.  He continues even though the FTC says he cannot do this.  He has called me 12 times this morning.  He is rude and threatening whenever he speaks to a member of my household.  Also against, FTC regulations.  I am trying to get a hold of his address of fax number to serve him with a written request to cease contact.  Next step will be court.
