I got called by this number. no message, could hear like a large diesel truck idleing in the back ground. Called back the number twice. the message said it was disconnected??

I also got a call from this number(303-847-4167) . no message, could hear like a large diesel truck idleing in the back ground. Same as previous note, when I called back, said it was disconnected.

I get the annoying calls daily from this number, day and night.  As another poster said, when trying to call it back get a disconnect message.  Phone company won't do anything about it.

Tried calling back the number and there was a recorded message about a purple heart program.  They are looking for donations.
