Another new number calling today. First was our old friend from card services, now this one. Seems they only call once anymore, than just use another new number later. Unless they call more than once, I don't even bother to block them anymore, as they just use a new number!

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Sentry 2 call blocker took care of this caller! They've called several times in the past, as well as a multitude of similar calls. I've called the phone company, the FFF, the FTC, and all say they isn't anything they can do about these type of calls. IP phones, computer bots, eastern countries like India, Cambodia, Iran all running scams, spoofs, etc. A recent news article on TV recommended getting a call blacking device for your phone line, like Sentry. I installed it 3 days ago. Peace & Quiet now.
Veteran Affairs. Asked to be placed on do not call list. Has called 3 times a day for a week so frustrating. Initial call they were looking for specific person. When told wrong number he proceeded to ask my name. I never gave it but now they will not stop calling.
