I pressed "1" after receiving several calls from this number. The message said "you are eligible to reduce your credit card interest rate to 6.9%--press "1" if you would like to know more"~ paraphrasing-not exact wording.  After a pressed "1" a live operator in broken english came on the line and stated that this applies to my master card and visa and that my balance shows greater than $3000.  I stated I have no credit card accounts greater than $3000 and where are they seeing that--they promptly hung up.  I promptly blocked their number,
