Several calls from this number, over a several hour period of time. Comes up displaying only the phone number, and "Cell Phone".

Last time they called, I answered but heard an immediate dial tone -- as if they'd hung up after only 3 rings.

Trying to call the number back, an automated voice comes on and says "At the subscribers request, incoming calls are not accepted by this number."
