These people are merely bill collectors working for various companies. I get calls from this number as well as several other numbers when my Chase bill is 10 days or more behind. They start on day 10 and dont stop until payment is made. The other numbers used are 614-945-5393 and 913-563-5507 and 816-331-1692
This company FASHION BUG refused to cancel my credit card when I said I didn't want it if there was an annual fee involved. I also had sent them letters and made a phone call about getting my bills AND coupons in the mail at least 2 weeks AFTER they expired! They charged me a late fee. I said IF you remove the late fee, I will agree to keep the card, but if I have to pay a late fee for something I get 2 weeks after it's due....cancel the card. They said they could NOT remove the late fee and then canceled my card. I'm ok with that except they still are charging me the annual fee for a canceled card....and when I got the next bill, they HAD removed the late fee, but are now adding late fees on the annual fee and late fees on the late fee! I will NEVER pay them for this. My payments up until this late fee were always on time, and regular until they started arriving late in the mail. My history with them was perfect. There are too many companies with a no annual fee who send the bills and the coupons in the mail ON TIME to deal with this kind of crap. And the girl who said she could not cancel the late fee LIED! She spoke to a supervisor who said it could not be done. I would have kept the card...but instead they lied, canceled the card and then continue to charge me for it. Screw them!
Everyday these people *Ads *start calling no message left, this is pure harassment. If it is Indeed WFNNB using & Ads* as another form to make calls, now a Consumer gets Double Calls!! If you are a day late in payment you get these calls, where the heck is the protection that Obama had put through to protect the Consumer? It takes forever to get these people off your backs...I will never buy from any of these shops again knowing this....and cutting up the card.
I receive 3-6 calls DAILY from this number. It appears on my call ID as ADS. I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number without allowing them to go through their spiel. I have been getting these calls for over a month now, even though I am listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. They are absolutely relentless and call from 7:00AM - 10:00PM! If that's not harrassment, I do not know what is!
