Who called from 3039453501

Called today, left no voicemail.

Answered, for about 30 seconds a looped "Hello" message played, then someone picked up and asked for someone that wasn't me. Otherwise didn't identify themselves.

I answered the phone.  They hung up.

Looped hello, then guy got on phone and asked who i was. hung up on them
